Planning a trip to Falcon Lake in a couple of weeks, just wondering the best/safest places to stay overnight. Thanks

we stay at falcon heights motel, down by the dam. cheap, clean and easy.
others stay in zapata at the best western and oso blanco.
really depends on if you wanna fish closer to the dam or towards zapata
|

Stayed at Best Western. Very clean and they served a hot breakfast every morning.
New PB: 10 lbs. 13 oz. Lake Falcon
Old PB: 10 lbs. 4 oz Lake Falcon
PB: Ind Sack 38 lbs. 4 oz
PB: Team Sack 41lbs. 12 oz.

Best Western was nice for the money and the breakfast was good in the morning.

+1 on joes place, been there 4 times, wont go any place else, very relaxing and safe ,makes you wish you stay longer
