last year it was 6inches deep because the city didnt bother to fill it up. Then it rained for a few days and the rain filled it back up. I'm pretty sure nothing survived the 6inches of water all summer(it was like 80 degree water).

It might have made a comeback though bc the creek spilled into it, probably putting some fish back in it.

The creek has some nice bass, catfish, and carp. I've fished the creek and the pond. Pond used to have good crappie, bass, and big cats, but after it got so low, I haven't fished it. Im sure there are some fish in it now, but I want to give it a couple years. The parks department added a vegetable oil based chemical that isnt harmful to wildlife to the pond once the rain filled it up to prevent water loss through the soil, so hopefully it holds water.

That little pond was COMPLETELY dry about two years ago.
There was a tracter with a blade scaping the bottom and smoothing the shoreline. That is when they put the rocks for creek overflow. I don't think the creek has been flowing enough to transfer any fish to the pond.
The deepest park is MAYBE 4 feet.

That creek used to hold some fish back in the day..Haven't messed around there since I was a early teen... Ride-or-Fish grew up one street over from that spot..
