these are nice & don't generally use a trailer There;s a tank inside so that one need not even get outside in order to fish for LMB.

There is a quite a body of data on taking sailboats, especially bigger ones, removing the mast and converting to a cruiser. One can get in pretty darned cheap. Just drive around on the auxiliary engine. Around 90% or more off of the cost of buying a "regular" cruiser.
