Hey guys taking a trip up to Northern or Central Arkansas for vacation. Im looking for a place were the fishing is good and the water is flowing! I've looked around at the Buffalo River, Ouachita River, Big Piney Creek and some others. Any other river recomendations would be AWESOME!! We'll be there in early june and are looking for good cabin rentals also.

Any help would be much appreciated! Clay S.

+1 for the Oachita river. I was in he Little Rock area for most of last year and spent a lot of on the Ouachita (one trip with Daveg99) and itsa lot of fun and you cant beat the scenery. They dont call it God's country for nothing.

The Red River is also a lot of fun if you are looking to do some trout fishing. Take waders, that water is COLD!

If youre looking to do some camping on the river I have the perfect spot for you. The Ouachita River Haven. Campground owned by an older couple from Garland.

Tight Lines!
