Man there are so many out there, you just have to keep trying different ones until you find one you like and are confident with.

I tried the whole flurocarbon deal and I didn't like (Berkley 100% Fluro) it although many do. I went back to Berkley Trilene Big Game in 15 and 17 test. I going to try LFT fluro on two of my other rigs and see how it works out.

What kind of rod and reel are you using?

My sedona 1500 I like Pline fluro 6lb for baitcaster curado 100d 8-10 lb pline fluro for mono I use Berkley big game.

For Pline after I put on the spool I run it under hot water.

If line memory is your problem, you may want to try out a braided line.

you can also use the KVD line and lure spray, its a good product that helps keep your line from getting memory and also increases your casting ability

I have gone back to plain old original Stren, it doesn't break, cast good and the memory isn't bad unless it stays on there for a long time without being used. I tried the BPS XPS fluro. and that junk will break easily if you get a kink in your line. I like P line but it seemed to get memory pretty quick.

Spiderwire Stealth Braid. Great Line and stronger than Hercules.
