Attached is a link to post on this subject going back to January. I was told in the link to be patient and cut them some slack... Well my order was placed Jan 2 and still nothing. I have requested my money back through a IM on this site 2/4/11 got an answer 2/9/11 with yet another excuse about changing financial institutions and would gladly refund my money. It is now 3/21/11 and I am still out close to $200.

Sounds like it may be time to step up the pressure and go other routes. I didn't realize so many have been screwed.

I agree.... I have know and done buisness with John and Elaine for years and have had nothing but the best experiences with them. I would have never dreamed they would do this to people...

I almost made a pretty large order from them in Dec/Jan , glad I stuck with TW,man I don't do well when people grift my cash.

Its sickening they are dodging everyone when the people of the TFF are who made them a success. I don't have a dog in this fight, but looking from outside-in I would say they(CT) are a little shady.

Good luck to those of you who seemed to have gotten robbed, maybe y'all should all pitch in on gas and take a drive to wherever they are located and have a "group intervention"

How are they still able to take credit cards online if they are not making good on orders? Take this to your credit card company.

I placed an order on Jan 12 and after a month I had not received and order. Then, I mentioned on the TFF that I was going to contest the debit to my credit card company. Well, in just a few days I got a call from the company and in another week I got my order - not satisfied with what I received. Anyway if you placed an order with them and have a debit with a credit card company, contest it. That is the only way I got action.

Elaine called me this afternoon and left a message saying that she would be getting in touch with everybody that has placed a order with them.

Even those that placed orders in October?
Call your credit card company.

If their business practices are proper or not, they are still good people. Good people don't always do the right things when it comes to money. Should they have called everyone, yes. But I know John and he is not going to take yalls money and run. He will make it right. He is doing the best he can to get out of the hole he is in and I have faith that he will.

We pulled our product line from them back in the fall last year. John was always a great customer but I think got in a bind some how. He did ship us our remaining inventory but still has not caught us up. I tried to call John and left messages and also pm,s but no reply. I think he will make it right with everyone , but I would not order until ge gets everything ironed out.

What a shame....sorry to hear of their misfortune.
