Fish off the jetties or any number of the smaller jetties around the beach. The water should be warm enough by then to get those sharks moving innfrom the gulf. There's also 61st street pier or seawolf park if you have some kids with ya

X2 on San Luis pass. Seawolf is fine if you enjoy rubbing elbows with people. Just be careful wading at SLP..the currents can be swift in there and kill you quickly.
Now, Donald...please pick John Bolton for your running mate.

San Luis Pass is at the west side of the island under the San luis pass toll bridge. My advice is to keep drivin over slp and go to surfside beach. All you do is go over the bridge pay $2 and on your left there is a big ol' beach. Drive till you see a spot that looks good and clear of people. There is alot less people here then on the island and the water seems a little nicer. Throw some dead shrimp or cut mullet into the first and second gut or get you a poppin cork and some gulp shrimp wade out to the first or second bar and catch some trout.
