Why have so many VMax HPDI Series 1 poweheads blown and been replaced by Yamaha with the Series 2? I know there was a problem with that engine but don't recall what it was. Can someone give me some details?

Series 2 has the updated oil pump that was recalled from series 2 and they changed the pistons. Both electronic and fuel systems are the same
