I had some line wrapped around my prop when I put boat on the trailer. First time this has happened to me pulled it all off pretty easily but was wondering if I should pull the prop and check anything or if it will be fine. Have been told that it could have damaged the seal but there was no grease or anything on the line. Any help or info would be appreciated ..

Check to make sure no water got in by checking the lower unit oil. If it's milky...bad news.

Like Pat said, check your oil. if its milky, you dont really wanna run it until you get a seal replaced. if its good oil, just make sure there isnt any line that may wor its self toward the prop seal
