Hey, Y'all,
Any reports from anyone on Lake Conroe/Stubblefield Crappie? I'm a novice at crappie fishing but have 5 kids who want to catch some. Heading to Conroe area this weekend and would love to "hook" them up with some. Any good spots y'all know of and what should I fish with? I'm very new at crappie fishing and would love your input and expertise. Thanks.

Idk conroe at all, but crappie statewide should be shallow right now, back of coves spawning. Jigs under cork up against any cover against the bank should get bit.

Thanks Crappie Hook. I'm so new at Crappie fishing that I have no idea...just loaded up with jigs and stuff but do y'all think I should just stick with minnow for the kids to catch 'em? Heading to north side of Lake Conroe this Saturday...anybody been there and have reports? Thanks.
