 I need help I think I may have caught a record prawn!

I was throwing my cast net in the san marcos river and I caught this huge guy and at first glance I thought I had caught a lobster because of his size(around 12 inches from head to tip of tail). After looking at him he has narrow claws and only six legs that he walks with. He has more of a shrimp look to him to but he is massive! If anyone can identify exactly what it is that'd be awesome. I think I may have really stumbled onto something.

You have the most trusted marine biologist in Texas right out on 621. They are called TP&W. You will need to talk to Nathan Renolds at 353-0072. Nathan, Gregg Cummins, or Steve Magnillia.

May not be a record, on the TP&W website kids section it says one species in Texas waters can grow to 2 feet and nearly 2 Lbs.

He climbed his way out of my 30 gallon tank last night and I woke up and found him crawling around my floor, I don't know what to do with him now.
