Hey guys,
Havent been on here in like FOREVER, and havent been doing as much fishing as in typical years due to being busy at home, and at work.

Did you guys do any good this past week? Anyone fish much? I went to my in-laws for most of the week. Didnt actually fish as much since I was pretty busy, but did get out almost every day for at least an hour or so. Monday caught 2 bass, then blanked out Tues, Wed, caught 2 more Thursday, and 2 this morning.
Here is one I caught this morning

and another

both thes guys were caught on a huge articulated streamer with spinner blade
that I tied last year:

That fly just looks awesome in the water. I need to make me some more of these.

Good to see you, CC. Hope you can get back to angling again soon!

We're having a small Fish In out at Murrel Park on grapevine lake, at the cliffs tomorrow morning. It's not really fly fishing but Bret's gonna be there, and you'd be welcome to just hang out or walk the banks with your fly rod.

Thanks for the invite, Justin. I had some plans already for tomorrow, but otherwise that sounds interesting..Are you guys kicking off the multispecies contest there?

Glad to see you're back and with a niceee bass too. Thats a great looking fly, do you usually throw it on a sink or float line? I fished but resorted to bait casters this weekend bolt
