Hey everyone, just moved here from new mexico and I live in Denton. I love fishing for largemouth so I am trying to find some smaller lakes or ponds in the area that are productive. I know about lake lewisville and ray roberts and have done well there. Just looking for some nice smaller ponds are lakes to fish too. Sure would appreciate any help with it, thanks.

Some of the best bass fishing in Denton can be found at the North Lakes pond. It is located on Bonnie Brae just north of Univeristy (380). It is on the right hand side, there's a little dirt road that makes a U that you can turn onto. I have caught lots of bass out of that little pond, best one being 5 lbs.
