I would like to tell everyone about my recent GREAT experience. Last Friday night I sent them an email asking how much it would cost to get 4 latches. Saturday they replied saying they would send them to me at no charge. I just got the 4 latches today. I have bought tackle boxes from different companies but will stick with Plano from now on. It would be nice if everyones customer service was this good.
