Position yourself up stream (red oval) so you can get the angle need to plane from side to side at any length. The Bulletbobber and DualFin flip direction when given a little tug. If your lure or bait gets pushed into a calm spot you can reel a little to get back in the current and let it out further if desried. It really beats the heck out of casting and recasting and avoids snaqgs! BulletBobbers can be slip rigged to drop down lower when there is no tension on the line. This also works from bridges, jetties, or wading but in spring fish move up stream to dams like these. Been there, done that, and there isn't a better way to fish spillways!

Looks cool, you can youtube it and see it in action. I wonder how it really works with fast flowing water though. I'm pretty positive you won't get that same action like it says.
