Before I give Acadamy anymore of my money I figured I would ask yall. Any use the X-Rap Xtreme Action Slashbait or Shad Xtreme Action Slashbait? What colors should I buy? I fish GV and Cypress Springs the most. When is the best time of year to use them? Sorry for all the questions I just dont have anyone to ask. Thanks for the help guys!

They work great...they've got a ton of action. Try fishing a white/shad colored one through post-spawn. After the females spawn, they'll fill up on shad before they pull back a little deeper for summer - this bait will work well on those fish.

my biggest catch was with and X-rap on hot steel color, the work great... x2 on the hot steel....

Love me some x-rap fishing! Nothing like hooking an 80lb tarpon or a 35 lb king on one! Have to replace the hooks though... The stock hooks will straighten in no time. Oh wait, you can catch bass on x-raps?  They are great baits. I love hot steel, gold, and olive.

X-Raps catch fish. They are worth the money. I like the X-Rap Shad better than the standard jerkbait style, but both are good. I like silver/black in clearer water and orange/black in stained. I normally take the back feathered hook off and put a bigger treble on.

Good info! I now have some X-Raps! Clown and silver/black XR-08.
No luck on them yet but spirits are high! 6 months and not one fish I need a magic lure!!!
