I was wondering if you guys think that the cold front that passed through today/tonight will affect the hybrids and sandies tomorrow? Is it late enough and been warm enough that one dip in temps tonight will have little affect on tomorrows bite? Thanks for your input.

I hope not...I have a trip in the morning. It may slow 'em down a bit or move them a litle deeper. I have fished the day after the last several fronts and have done well.

43 total fish on the day, seemed to get them stured up a bit. The lack of boat traffic helped a lot too. It was tough over the weekend with 4 fish on Saturday and 11 on Sunday.

So how did that turn out today?

The day after the cold front?

For me I think it would be considered tough (Still Limits) but I would think very tough for most.
Today 3/15/11 on Richland Chambers - Limits early - slow presentation to dead sticking.

Plus lot's of Catch and Release:

But I would say tough.

What was your findings?

Started out late to let it warm up...took a while. We went three hours without a bite. These kids were persistent and patient. It paid off with 26 Magnum Sandies kept (60 caught), 12 under Hybrids and several big boys(most CnR) in the boat.
