Anybody know about private tank fishing in San Marcos? A look on Google Earth shows that there are a lot of tanks…even a couple of small "lakes" if you will. Any help would be appreciated!

As far as I know all of those big tanks are private. I am not sure but I heard if you talk to the people at the animal shelter off of hwy 123 you can fish that small "lake" for a fee. hope that helps.

Before I moved to the Dallas area a few years ago I drooled over that lake on 123. Not sure if things changed now but back then a professor from the school owned it and wouldn't let anyone out there.
