I fished with this guy when he owned the Defiance and did the deep sea trips, he is very good and wants his clients to catch more fish than anybody elses boat, I would highly recomend him, and I will be taking a bay trip with him sometime this year, I hope!!! http://www.rnroutfitters.com/

Although I'm sure you meant inshore....but you can call Deep Sea Headquarters because I think some inshore guides work out of there. DSH is a first class outfit for offshore...so I suspect they'll put you on a quality inshore guide too.
Now, Donald...please pick John Bolton for your running mate.

Texas Slam, wow you sure do have some grudges against some guides. Must have had some bad experiences? But bashing Don and Petra Schultz of Green Hornet Guide Service out of Rockport is truly astonishing. I've fished with these folks for years and dozens of times and have always had a blast, caught alot of fish and by the way, they answer my phone everytime I call. Simply amazing. And back to the original question jsb. I can't remember what their cost is, but I do know it's about 500 dollars for 8 to 9 hours of fishing with bait, tackle, etc included. Good luck!

And also Texas Slam, I think I know who TRedfish, the guide is. And if it's who I think it is, he's another Rockport Fishing Guide who I would book if Don or Petra weren't available.

klr I know these guides a LOT better than you do AND I never said they couldn't put you on the fish.
Furthermore, giving an honest answer is NOT called having a grudge, so get off that BS.
Don is an affable friendly sort of guy, but come to close to my wade, and I will tell it like it is I don't care who it is.

Pretty sure Fails does Baffin Bay area. He may go north for some biz though.
Blake Muirhead stays on the fish and fishes artificial and he fishes Rockport AP area.

Anywhere from CC south. He's worth the drive down mustang island. IMO. Plus less crowds down to the cut and Baffin.
