Has anyone caught any trout at kidd springs in the last few days?. I went on the 23 rd and caught only 2 and I saw just a few others. This was in the afternoon.I will be there tomorrow and try again.

I remember when my mom used to to take me there in the early 50s i caught some nice fish there. Thanks for the memories

I went this morning and got skunked. I was using a super duper. I did see a couple caught on bait. After an hour and a half without so much as a nibble I moved to White Rock Creek, managed 7 crappie in 3 hours. Not a horrible day fishing... at least the weather was nice. Also, I saw some guys downstream catch a few keeper sandbass on small tandem crappie jigs.

I went yesterday from 2-4 and didn't even get a bite. I did see a guy catch a few towards the spillway/bridge using orange colored power bait.

I usually catch a few but got skunked yesterday.

As I was leaving a guy was coming in and told me that he catches then either early in the morning or late in the evening as the sun is going down.

I am gonna give it a try this weekend to see if that makes a difference.
