What is the best way to get a good starting value when trying to sell and older say 10 year old boat?

I think the best way is to look at your competition out there. Research selling prices for comparable boats on boat trader, BBC, here, and various sites to see what others are asking for comparable boats. I don't think NADA is very accurate for older boats where condition and upkeep is a major factor in the selling price.
