the major difference is the rattle, the newer ones have brass whereas the desired ones have lead, lead produces a lot different sound
did not know that, but it makes sense.. They hands down out-fish the newer style, but I didn't really wanna come out and say that..

See, I told ya I was a dufus. Just posted this on Doug's original thread  Doug, I'll buy all you have left except the blue ones. PM me the price and how to pay you. Don't have PP but will be happy to mail u a chk and u can mail the baits or leave them for me at LFM after the check clears. Or money order/cashier's check if you prefer.

I have several originals that are money, had guys at PB2 on LOZ offer as much as $35.00 ea years ago. Single piece assembly and better wobble and the old paint schemes were more realistic. Lent one to a bud 2 weeks ago fishing the BFL on the Rock and he cashed with it.
