What's the moon doing whenever KVD fishes in a tournament?

Need to improve my LMB fishing, running out of time.

So if there is a full moon, is the theory that fishing the NIGHT of the full moon is best? or the day of the full moon? or the morning after? I'm not certain on how it all works. I always thought the night of a full moon the fish are up feeding later with the light of the moon and then theoretically they would be 'sleeping' or not feeding as much the morning after. Basically a late night out of binge eating for bass on full moon nights? Please advise! Also what is the difference between a 'new moon' and a 'full moon'. I am fishing Ivie on the 24th and was wondering what does all this mean for me? lol. Thanks!
