i am almost positive I did this winter at Fork. These pics are about 6 weeks apart and it came about 500yds away the second time from where I caught it the first time. Same creek though and same bait off same cover. Look at the tail. I am betting its the same fish.

Me and some buddies caught the same 6.5 pounder 3 times in 4 weeks. Each of us caught it once. All out of my boat. It was a point and she had a dot under her eye.

I caught the same fish twice on the same day at ray hubbard last year. I caught him on a shakey head on the corner of rip rap. He was about 7 inches and had about 5 feet of 20 lb big game hanging out of his mouth. I didn't think and threw him back without cutting it off. I pull back to that spot two hours later and caught him again, I cut off the line the second time. I think he was suicidal!

I wish I would have realized that it may be the same one the second time as I would have taken a more detailed picture. Either way she fought good both times and I know where she lives. Gonna try for a 3rd time this week.

Yes. My buddy and I were fishing senkoa with differiant colors. He caught a little 1 pounder and threw it back. A little while later I caught a 1 pounder and when I was taking out the hook I saw my buddie's senko coming out of its throat. Some fish never learn.

Petro and I fished a deal at Chambers once and he missed one about 6-7lbs that pulled off his ribbitt over a trash pile. About an hour later we go by there again and I fire a RC 1.5 in it and catch one 6-7 with a big fresh hook hole in the top of the mouth. We were the only boat in there. That same day I pitched under a dock and got broke off by a 5lber. Same deal an hour later Petro pitches under the same dock and lands a 5lber. The fish still had my bait in its mouth from earlier. Last but not least Petro and i were fishing CC one summer and both mouth hooked the same fish at the same time on Carolina rigs. we thought we had doubles on till we saw what the deal was. It was only a 3lber though.

Does breaking off a fish and catching that fish about 15 minutes later with your hook and worm in it count? I have done that twice.

Absolutely. I used to have a pet 2.5 pound male that lived back in Little Mustang. I could catch him out of the exact same tree almost every time I went for an entire summer. Also had a 7 pounder that used to live on one tree on the edge of a creek. I caught that fish four times (all on a jig) over the course of a year. Then she was gone and I've never caught another fish of any size off that tree.

Coincidence is His way of remaining anonymous.

Caught the same fish 3 days apart at Brownwood last year. The second time in a tourny. She was under a dock and I know it was the same fish, she was wompy jawed and had a black spot on her side. Could not believe she was still there.

Retirement best job ever.

I found one spot out there that is almost automatic for a 6-8lb fish each trip. Its crazy. i can literally pitch up on it and just wait because one has been there if not two fish off of it in 6-8 trips now. of course it helps that 3 creeks all meet right there too.
