My reels are beat up badly. Probably stripped all of the gears on my Shimano MG's from Falcon. Any recommendations?

The Tackle Smith AKA Late4the lake or something like that.Think he is in Mansfield, usually in the Rod an Reel section.Done work for me very satisfied and fast service.
