 Blow Etech (2008) - What to do?

Hey folks,
My uncle's 2008 Etech blew this weekend. He purchased the boat used from a dealership who had done a complete work up of the motor. Not a lot of hours on the motor (under 250). Any chance Evinrude would fix this? Thanks.

Was the dealer he bought it from an Evinrude dealer? I think would start there.
