Going to Brady Lke for the first time in two weekends for spring break to take the family. Ihave never been there. Just wondering if anyone has ever fished there much for whites and if there is much of a population. Tips are appreciated. Thanks!!

I fished there ... 4 years ago.

Didn't have a boat then and it was around April.

I found them schooling in the swimming area right about dusk.
They were on top.

And weren't there for long. Maybe 20 minutes.

But I did catch 4 or 5 keepers with a Squid Spoon.
I waded out to about waste deep and threw as far as I could to reach the school.

the damn is good this time of year..have not been this year but plan to chase the crappie this week..whites should be thinking about getting ready for the spawn run..

went out today.. the blacks and the whites are getting active..whites had eggs in them look for them on the windy points..
