Going to stay close to home this weekend and get out for a little bit on sunday, going to try alvarado never been, what should I expect and how has the fishing been out there?

lots of good advice so far. LOL! Flip the docks on the Northern half of the lake with a black/blue jig paired with a green pumpkin trailer and also a green pumpkin/chartreuse laminated shakey head worm. Also, lipless and squarebill in between docks. Water level is fine (no dock though) and running the lake is easy with no stumps to look out for. Good luck!

Fished there Thursday with a buddy caught most between the docks just north of the ramp on a sexy shad lipless crank. Caught ten total all on the same crank. Tried soft plastics but got nothin.
