 Bank fishing in Point Venture (north Lake Travis)?

My wife and I just bought a home in Point Venture and I was wondering if there is any good fishing in the area? Has anyone tried Dink Pearson park?

yes actually i live in point venture also and i can walk down to the lake in 5 min from my house, it isn't very accessable but i have seen lots of bass recently and almost caught a lunker off a chartuse zoom lizard yesterday on the 24th

Does all the phone service in Point Venture still stink. Seems like everytime it rained or someone watered the yard my butt would be out there getting chewed on by someone. Man I still have nightmares about that area. Everything sounded like frying bacon with a hum mixed in.
