I haven't actually used them, but have talked to them on the phone about bringing in my boat for mounting electronics and a few various other things. I never ended taking it in to them because they just seemed to come across with an attitude. Maybe it was just me. They may be awesome, but again I just didn't like the sound of their attitude. Kinda like they would be doing you a favor to work on your boat.

I know it doesn't help much but, I have bought a couple of parts from them!
There is a lady at the parts counter that really knows her stuff. If they don't have it on the shelf they can get it in a couple of days.

Kinda like they would be doing you a favor to work on your boat. I had a very similar experience with them before I found Tommy and his crew at Rockwall Marine. I always use Rockwall marine and don't worry about being stuck or stranded on the water.

I have dealt with Ntx Gainesville and found their service dept to be outstanding.
Some people go to church and think about fishing. Some go fishing and think about God.

I have had lots of work done at North Texas Marine in Blue Mound and they are great. I have also bought boats from them. Great people to deal with.

I bought an impeller and lwr unit lube from there last April. They were courteous and very helpful.

I bought a new boat from them. They made promises and had programs they did not follow through with.My keelshield was installed poorly and came off in the first year.They installed a hot foot that was done wrong and left me stranded on the lake.They didn't stand behind defective trailer springs that had a recall on them. Needless to say I won't be back.
