thanks i dont have any luck with it though You have not thrown it enough. That color, Raburn Red and Brown craw are about all you need for shallow water.

there isn't a best color... it changes by the lake, weather, time of year, water color, the fish will go through periods where they concentrate on eating different things... you just gotta experiment and understand that what worked yesterday might not work today... lots of variables and sometimes they just dont want one at all... thats why its fishing...

I use two colors all year. Both custom though. A chart blue back type and a chart black back type. Clear water and dirty water
I can backlash toilet paper.

Buy white and some markers and you can make any color you want. I like to put chartreuse down the back and some red lines down the side with a red throat.
