Just wanted to get the word out that Baylor Bass Club will be holding our 1st Annual Baylor Bass Open on Lake Waco on April 23. Should be a great tournament for our club. There is more info in the tournament section. If you have further questions pm me.

Have yall thought about moving the date of the tournament? The South 40 Shootout is the following weekend and most waco anglers will be practice fishing for it, just my opinion. Yall might get more entries.

We originally had it on the 30th until I saw the shootout was then. I'm hoping to get those boats to practice in our tournament. I've had so much trouble getting this passed through Baylor Activities that there would be no way to me the date again.

Im fishing the Shootout but my buddy on my team wants to fish yalls (his buddy is on you team) tournament as well so im not sure what were going to do. If were going to fish both or not. Im from Hewitt and was enrolled at Baylor before I decided to come to UTA

All the information for the tournament:
Date April 23 on Lake Waco at Twin Bridges Boat Ramp
Entry Fee $110 per team of 2
Big Bass Pot INCLUDED ($10)
Payback 80% of Entry Fee, 100% of Big Bass
1st Place guaranteed minimum of $1000
Pay 3 Places <= 30 Boats, Extra Pay Place for every 10+ boats
Sign Ups at Academy on
April 16 and 22 from 4-8 pm and
Day of tournament starting at 5am at ramp
Door Prizes provided by Sponsors
Legend Boats will have a trailer present for weigh in

I gave some to Academy yesterday, so those should be up soon. I'm looking into Wal-mart and other places around the area.
