Well the fishing has been pretty good here lately! I have been catching 20 to 50 fish a day. We caught around 25 fish today with the biggest around 3.5lbs but lost one that would of probably weighed around 8lbs. Most of the fish were caught on a white fluke in 1 to 5ft. of water. Thanks your Choke Canyon Guide Justin Bauer 830-570-1837

Went today in and around the San Miguel area and did OK. Didn't get into the 20-50s, but of the 10-15 we caught (didn't land all of them), all but 2 were keepers. All on lizards, no bite on spinner baits or rat-l-traps. Probably saw over 10 gators and at least 3 of them were over 10 foot.

fished all day Saturday. Didn't have great numbers, but I did catch my PB (8.2 lbs) on a white buzzbait with a white grub trailer about 30 minutes after daybreak. My son also landed 2 solid 4 lbr's (both on a white spinnerbait). All fish were caught in 6-8ft of water. Hope that helps...
