See if you can guess the weight without looking at the caption at the bottom. I don't get to fish larger bodies over water often as I don't have a boat, but Grandma has a john boat, and I know every spot on that little section of river.

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know when to go fishing.

I want to try the section of river that intersects 281 in Johnson City. There's actual grass growing in the water there.

Nice fish Justin, what section were you fishing down there? Next time you come down, shoot me a pm and I will go with you or we can run to LBJ if you want.

Off ranch road one. It's the first dammed section of river heading from west to east. There might be a half mile of fishable water between the dam and where it gets to shallow to fish upstream.
