OP SkeeterSL Outdoorsman S Joined: Oct 2007 Posts: 124	Sure I can blame the wind, but I just couldn't find the bite today. Sounds like a couple of the same stories from yesterday. It really started getting bad later this afternoon and just put it back on the trailer to be safe. I saw a fair amount of boats out today, but never saw anyone catch anything. I am thinking I will take a couple of weeks off and just let the lake warm up a bit now. :-)

Today we stopped fishing around 1:30. Just got plain sick of the horrible fishing and the wind getting bad made it enough for me to call it quits. Lost a nice fish on a shakyhead yesterday, couldnt turn her and she wrapped me. Big fish prolly 4 pounds, tough fishing for sure. Oh well next time.
