good lord bullcrappie has gone macgyver on the thief trap. radio shack is just waiting for u man! lol... doesnt surprise me a bit about the robertson ramp dude. but lets face it, not smart to leave valuebles in your car for long periods anywhere...let alone a place w fairly low traffic and public presence like a boat ramp. something gets stolen i assume? what makes u so certain of their tactic?
but........ maybe u could macgyver up a motion activated dart gun or something on your boat trailer to hit em with a tranquilizer dart so theyll be there when u get back with your goods still in hand??? lmao..

Look at Harbor Freight for a "Driveway Alarm" System (available on line also) consists of a motion sensor you place in the boat, and a receiver/alarm you place anywhere within 400 feet. Alarm, and I mean alarm, you might say it would wake the dead. I've been using one in my boat for 2 years now and love it. I paid about $15 for it 2 years ago on sale and wouldn't be without it. Anyone entering the boat won't hear the alarm -- but you will and it will give you a chance to load the gun.

Theives are scum. They lack a moral compass and are too lazy and unimaginative to earn what they want or need. Perhaps some buckshot or a hollowpoint will deter them.

WHat is sad is you work all day and try to get some nice stuff and A person that is probably living on welfare is going around stealing things to get drugs, alcohol, and or smokes. If I find one I will kill them and will not lose a moment of sleep.

I have been seeing little piles of car window glass on the ground again thats a for sure sign that the crooks are working the area again...A alarm should work good alot of people must not have one, there are alot of people fishing around there that are honest and would probably make a call if they thought something suspicous going on not sure how fast police would show though...

They are not scared of our justice system that is for sure. Usually 6 months max if they ever get caught and have priors.

Fix for the problem is 1 shot between the eyes and 2 in the chest. That will take care of them every time. No need for our subpar legal system. I hate thieves.

theyre working hubbard because its one of those areas that arent patrolled much, since the dallas police are in charge of patrol, rowlett, rockwall wont have anything to do with the i30 corridor of the lake...now and then u will see a dpd drive through the park area but not often at all. i would put in elsewhere and you wont have as much trouble man...
