Went out there on Sunday morning, took my 2 man bass boat. We caught several around the grass, using buzzbaits and worms. Caught a few by the damn, and a couple under the bridge. It was nice to get out.

I was out there Sunday morning as well. Hooklinesinker, I was the one who had the fish blow up on the buzzbait with y'all right across the way, one of you made a comment about hearing it. I wound up catching two and missing three others, including that blow-up. I think with the bright blue skies, they were buried up under the grass pretty tight. Where else could they go?

I agree. The fish we did catch, they were holding real tight to cover. But, they were hitting the baits hard. That was my first time out there to fish, I can safely say that I will be back out there again.

went down behind legacy bank for lunch today. Was fishing a lake fork fry rigged weightless. Saw lots of good fish in the shallows. I had one 10in fish hit my bait, but he was to small to get a good hook set. I bet right at daylight with a buzz bait is the ticket

I went down there wed and only caught a couple of bass. That area behind 7/11 is wide open to park all the way from the fence line of the apartments to near tennyson. Tha water looks great with aquatic plants through out the whole distance. I noticed a dam just beyond the apartment boundry and walked down there. At nite anyone can sneak there way down there with out any trouble. I noticed the depth of the water is consistant at 6-8 feet. In fact I counted my 1/4 ounce weighted worm down and noticed hole maybe 12-13 ft. It would not suprise me that some good size cats are in there.
