I have both but still think that shimano builds a little better product.

I have never used a revo but I know you won't be disappointed with a curado. All my reels are shimano and I love them all.

I really like both. I use Revos though; little more comfy in my hand.

5 Revos...all on Falcons. Revo is the reason that Shimano had to redesign their product.
I personally love my Revos, but honestly, both make an excellent reel.

I have both, and they are both really great reels. Although, I wouldn't get the sx revo, either get the S or the STX. I don't know if it was just me or not but the magnetic brake alone on the sx's seemed really weak when casting.

I have 3 Revo SX's one is a High Speed Reel on a Vendetta Rod and the other two are 6,4:1 on Veritas Rods!!!! Great reels and Rods. I also have two Abu Garcia Cardinals 5 series and 3 series Spinning Reels. I hear so much talk about Curado's that it makes me WANT to try them but every time I go to BPS and pick one up it just feels terrible to me. The Revo SX's are awesome casts a mile and forget what you hear about backlashes. I was out the other day fishing from the bank because it was to windy for my jon boat...meaning the winds were over 15mph and I was casting a medium diving square bill crank straight into the wind with NO PROBLEMS NO BACKLASHES!!!
Get the Revo and you'll never know how good the Shimano's are because you will never need to try one!!
