First of all, Sorry if this is posted in the wrong place, i just use this section more than any........
Got news today that my 102 yr young grandmother is loosing the battle. After a minor surgery a couple weeks ago for poor circulation in leg and foot, she has aquired Gangrene in the leg and foot. Surgery opetions would take the leg and foot, but because of her age there is a small ( very small) chance that she would come out of the surgery due to being put under. My mother is a RN and she explained to me that if she was to recover from the surgery, that "phantom" pains would be almost intolerable at her age. So the family has decided not to have the surgery and let the Good Lord take care of things. It can be just a few days or weeks, but right now she is in no pain at all. Just need prayers to help her passing not be to painful for her at all.
