Hopefully you marked the spot on your GPS. When you return, open the hooks on a metal stringer, pull it around on bottom, and you might snag some of the rods. Put a weight on the cord pulling the stringer to keep it on bottom.

i know how you fell, lost 6 over at lake fork about 10 years ago, it made me sick, you fell better as time gos by, i did, i think.!

I LOST ONE IN THE COVE WITH THE TELEPHONE POLE IN IT IN THE BACK LEFT CORNER BY THE TREE IN ABOUT 7 FT OF WATER AND COULDNT GET IT. I AM STILL SICK AS IT WAS A SHIMANO CORADO GREEN ONE AND DEEP SOUTH ROD. IF ANYONE FOUND IT CALL ME I WILL PAY 100.00 CASH NOW TO HAVE IT BACK

Did you get back out there yet? I know Ryan hit it yesterday again and did well. Of course I don't think he has GPS (unless on phone) to help track down.
