I know its a longshot, but are there any guides out there on Fork that are available next Monday or Tuesday?
Got skunked again today and really am in a rush to get rid of the stench...

Give Gene Snider a call. I have been out with him about 5 times since the 1st of January. He showed me a much more effective way to fish a jig. I had 2 over 10 lbs in January. It has made a huge difference in number and size. Number is (903) 638-1868.
I spoke with him last night and he is on the fish right now.

Eric Wright has decided it is time for him to start guiding on Fork. He is a young angler but knows the lake well and I am sure he has openings as he just made this decision on Sunday.
Also Bill Sweeten does some trips. Both of these guys are consistant tournament anglers and know the waters well. Most of your long time guides have been booked for months so these might help.

I second Eric Wright..... if there was one guy that will flat out put you on fish, it will be him.
Just look at the tournament results for him in the last 3 years out there.

I think stephen fatheree has an opening that monday. Check with him, he's a great guide. I had him booked for that monday but canceled last week, have to pay for some boat repairs ><. His number is (214)215-9854.
