I'm still interested. Club or tourneys or both, I'm interested either way.

Looks like I'm out.

Changing jobs on 2/19, and will be working on Saturdays for now on.

However, I might go at night again, if there any takers (hint, hint, Fishbrain)

Don't worry--we'll be getting some events up and running soon. It became obvious that not everyone is crazy enough to get out in extremely hot, late summer weather, or in cold, windy weather. Spring and early summer seemed to generate the best participation, so they'll be starting up again soon. Keep checking!

Custom30--what a shame! Your technique of catch and release (put them in the livewell and let them jump out) could have revolutionized tubin'!

By the way, those, like me, who don't mind a little cold water for a little hot action, keep in touch--there are several of us crazies who go out quit a lot, even in winter! I'm off this week, so, if I can get a day with winds under 20, I'll be hitting the water!

Fishbrain,

Don't get any ideas about my catch-n-release technique... I'm working on getting a patent on it.

I would love to see the tourneys start up again for tubers.Let's just make sure that they are ran according to a schedule posted with the person in charge sure to show up.Just to clarify who I am my name is Randy Short and those of you who fished the tourney last year might know who I am. The last tourney I went to,it was me and Joe (another reg on these tourneys). That was the only people out there.I think they are a great idea and I would rather put a 5lb bass in my tube than in my boat.Different kind of experience.
