Birch turns into Chocolate milk about halfway up. Johnson Creek is pretty muddy also. Did not go into Glade today. Despite the wind and the muddy water fishing was good today.

Both are pretty muddy, still producing fish though. Dark jig, bright spinner/chatterbaits.

I think the whole lake is muddy right now. No vegetation = dirty water. Specially when the wind kicks up.

It will just will depend on some variables. We go through these cycles every few years. There is some grass in Glade in places but it's only 6 to 8 inches tall. If it doesn't completely die it will grow.

It usually comes back. Fork has been a very fertile lake due to the Dairys and Pine needles washing in for fertility.
