A buddy and I was out doing some prefishing on LL today(for the green fish) and found a bunch of these aswell as a bunch of the green fish!!   found them in as shallow as 3ft to as deep as 18ft of water active and eating everything in site!!  Sorry the screen shot is kinda blurry, we were moving pretty fast,(little windy today) when I took it so its is a little blurry! There is fish too be caught in LL just get away from the masive bait balls and it is pretty easy!! At one point we were catching a fish every cast for about an hour and a half!! Oh yea water temp was about 58 or so where the fish were the most active!!

Thay are on the move everyday they are in a differnt spot. You just have to cover alot of water, but once you find'em it is ON! Look for gizard shad tring to fly(not threadfins)! Look in spots that you have never fished in before, ROCK!ROCK!and some more ROCK! I think that Rock might be a give-away or something? Good Luck!!!

Nice report David. I took my dad out today for his birthday to try to catch some crappie. Well the crappie had different plans so we spent an hour or so chasing the sandbass. Caught close to 30 or so before calling it a day. A little windy, but they were biting.

Mix of both David, but mostly smaller males. It's about to get really good in the next few weeks though.
