Hit the lake saturday at Sun Up. I worked my way back to the river in some pretty heavy fog, once the fog cleared 3 boats were trolling for whites. I trolled for a bit but most of the action I saw was on the surface. I found the smallest silver surface lure i could find. Did not have much luck until I found the pattern. Once I found the action they were looking for the bite was on for a good 2 hours. I stopped counting after 25. The whites are running. The only problem is no keepers, at least on the surface bite. All were 8 to 9". None in the frying pan but I had a blast despite the rain. Sorry no pics, I did not want to get my phone wet. I already ruined on that way.

Thanks for the report. Sounds like you caught them a little better than I did on Friday. I have no doubt it is going to get much better for numbers of whites, hopefully there start to be more larger ones as well.
