New to bass fishing and even newer to spectating. How are you guys following along with the Classic? Is it on t.v. or online? Or just reading reports? The show wont be on til next sat.

It's even more impressive that he has at least 2 guys in the same pond with him at any given time. It would be one thing if he was on a secret spot, but all these guys are showing a certain spot. He is just a beast and can MAKE them bite!
KVD is just a BEAST no way around it!

I hate to admit this, but KVD is trashing my number one excuse for not catching fish "no luck today". I know there is a certain degree of luck involved in all sports. To a lot of people, especially non fisherman, luck is the biggest determining factor whether or not you catch fish on any given day. KVD proves that fishing is a skill, like any other sport. But, on the off chance it is all luck, I'd like him to pick my powerball numbers

I'm a KVD fan but I actually hoping Chapman pulls it out because of all the gambles he's taking and he has a area to himself. I just hep the fog let's them go early so this is determined at the scales and not at the takeoff.

Its a shame that ESPN sucks so bad at doing the bassmasters during this monumental time in history when you have a powerhouse such as KVD. I mean look at what Tiger woods did to golf (of course before he turned into a ho) He took what everyone thought to be a boring game to watch and made it interesting to watch.
If ESPN didnt suck so bad with the bassmasters, they could really make the bassmasters a very interesting show to watch and appeal to more people other than hardcore bass fisherman. Who is the genius that decided to show the classic a week later. Atleast show live weigh-ins with a pre-show showing clips throughout the day. Now is the time to take advantage of this sport when you have a powerhouse such as KVD in his prime that is winning classics and angler of the year left and right.
