 Problem with REVO inshore?

Just wondering if anyone has had a problem with the levelwind on the REVO inshore or any other REVO's for that matter. My levelwind just stopped moving, the spool spins but you can feel a binding when cranking the reel, and the levelwind will not budge. Any info would be appreciated.
WATCH OUT FOR THE J.T. HOOKSET!!!

Either one or both of the pawl and worm gear need to be replaced or cleaned.
