Whiterock was hit'n this morning and yesterday afternoon. The east side of the lake in the grass with whatever you wanna throw. I caught 2 1lb'rs, 2 2lbr's, 2 3lb'rs, 1 4lb'r and missed 3 big 5#+ fish that got off in the grass. Jigs, cranks and grass rat's are the ticket. You need heavy line.

Jesse,

The big guy with the White Ford is my best friend. He is out there almost every day. He was with me yesterday and he only got one bite. It just must have been my day. I talked to one hispanic guy yesterday, I guess that wasn't you.

I don't have a rabbits foot. I have been skunked on this lake more times than anyone I bet.

I was out at White Rock yesterday from 6:15 - 8:45. Caught one little bass on a Power Worm and nothing else. Couldn't even get the yellow bass to hit my Roadrunner. Fished the rip rap around the dam, the bank along Garland Rd., and a little bit of the east bank.

Where abouts on the east side are you fishing. I have only fished there once in my tube, man was that funny watching the people give the double take at me. I only live 5 minutes from the lake and would like to fish there more!

Fished this morning, and got skunked. The gar were providing some awesome topwater bites though.

Fishman, we're the gar hitting your topwaters, or just rolling? I always see the huge carp out there. I'm not too good to catch one of them!

I never set the hook on them. I would wait till they spit it out. I should have set the hook they are fun and jump like crazy. I was just trying to catch bass and good ones. I usually se bigger baits on this lake. The bites are few and far between, but when you do it's usually a good one. Tough lake to fish.
