Just wanted to say "howdy". I found out about this site on THF and have been looking around for a couple of days now. I've already enjoyed reading everyones adventures and I've picked up a lot of good info. I used to bank fish Texoma all the time but the spot I fished (just east of slickum slough) was gated off a long time ago. After that I just didn't bother. Now I've got the itch bad to get back to fishing. I'm not a big poster but ya'll keep it up. I'm enjoying the wisdom and the humor.

Thanks everyone. Texoma does have good cats. In the spring when the shad and ghost minnows moved into the shallows you could catch anything off the bank. Catch a bunch of bait, set up about six rods and catch cats, sandies, striper, everything from the same area. Loved it.
