All of the bass champs guys are off limits like myself, so I was hoping to get a temp. from a fisherman that can get on the water.

Purchase = $ Barter = trade Solicitation ='urgently asking'. It is the action or instance of soliciting; petition; proposal. In criminal law, it most commonly refers to either the act of offering goods or services, or the act of attempting to purchase goods or services, that are prohibited by law. The illegality of the solicited goods or services may be general, or it may be specific to the time and place where solicitation occurs.

Thanks Bass_Bustin_Texan for shedding a little light on the 2 statements made. I guess if no one else answers my question we will all find out the answer when we put our boats in the water saturday morning "before we start fishing". Good luck to all!
